“From Farms to Incubators” is publishing a coffee table-styled book in 2020 in collaboration with Linden Publishing, a California-based book publishing company that was founded in 1982 in Fresno. “From Farms to Incubators” the book will be published under Linden Publishing’s Craven Street Books division, specializing in titles on California and the history of the western United States.
The book includes portraits of women leaders and innovators in agtech, as told through the written word and photographs. The book is a companion to the award-winning documentary and will be used as a platform for discussion, panels and events surrounding women in food, farming and agtech. At the same time, the book and overall initiative hopes to inspire a new generation of young people to consider careers in agriculture.
“From Farms to Incubators” is seeking funding for the publication of the book. Major contributors will be acknowledged in the book and at all book launch events and publicity. We acknowledge all contributors in our bi-annual newsletter and on the website.
*Your contribution goes directly towards the publication book, and the building of the website that will house the portraits and the exhibition.
